Villa AKHDAR 18 is a magnificent residence with beautiful outside spaces and several reception rooms, so it can comfortably accommodate your whole family. Deposit : the day of your arrival, Omar your concierge will ask you for a deposit. Generally a card number.

Alcohol : since we do not have any licence. We cannot buy or transport it for you. But you are welcome to bring your wine, and we will serve it with pleasure without any cork-fee.

External Guest : we require the guest list before your arrival. It might populate Extra Guest fees. Our policy is clear about any form of prostitution, in case of early check-out or cancelation regarding this particular matter : no refund will be made.

Bed linens are changed every three days, and towels every two, or upon request.

Optional services include pool heating in the winter, extra beds for a small fee, and tailored dining experiences with half-board or all-inclusive meal plans. Private drivers, both for the airport and for trips into the city, can also be arranged. The villa is rented exclusively, so you will have full access to all common areas, ensuring a private and serene stay for up to 8 guests. The number of bedrooms accessible depends on the size of your group, with extra fees applied for additional guests or rooms.
