Included services at Villa Jenaman ensure a seamless experience. Enjoy daily cleaning of the common areas and bedrooms, as well as housekeeper services if you opt for meal formulas. A concierge service is available throughout your stay to assist with any requests, including organizing excursions or on-demand services like a masseuse or yoga instructor. Bed linens are changed every three days, and towels every two, or upon request.

Optional services include pool heating in the winter, extra beds for a small fee, and tailored dining experiences with half-board or all-inclusive meal plans. Private drivers, both for the airport and for trips into the city, can also be arranged. The villa is rented exclusively, so you will have full access to all common areas, ensuring a private and serene stay for up to 8 guests. The number of bedrooms accessible depends on the size of your group, with extra fees applied for additional guests or rooms.

Our concierge will welcome you at Jenaman and is available by phone throughout your stay, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The villa maintains a strict guest policy, with a refundable deposit required upon arrival and specific guidelines for external guests.

If you choose to use the kitchen on your own, we ask for a cleaning fee of €50 by the end of your stay. (if required)

Deposit : the day of your arrival, the concierge will ask you for a deposit. Generally a card number.

Alcohol : since we do not have any licence. We cannot buy or transport it for you. But you are welcome to bring your wine, and we will serve it with pleasure without any cork-fee.

External Guest : we require the guest list before your arrival. It might populate Extra Guest fees. Our policy is clear about any form of prostitution, in case of early check-out or cancelation regarding this particular matter : no refund will be made.
