L'état de la villa ne correspond pas au positionnement tarifaire. Nettoyage de la piscine par le gardien après 4 jours après avoir lourdement insisté à de nombreuses reprises. des trous dans le bésee more

L'état de la villa ne correspond pas au positionnement tarifaire. Nettoyage de la piscine par le gardien après 4 jours après avoir lourdement insisté à de nombreuses reprises. des trous dans le béton, des pitons qui sortent des murs ou des dalles du sol sont des dangers sérieux pour la sécurité des enfants et des personnes âgées. Le jeux extérieur d'échec qui était un plus en terme de choix de villa auquel il manque la moitié des pièces (blanches), le brumisateur de la terrasse pour déjeuner et diner ne fonctionne pas, la table basse principale cassée, etc ... Et personne ne suit nos demandes. La quantité de nourriture tout juste suffisante les 3 premiers jours. |

Informer les clients à l'avance permet d'orienter vers un autre choix de villa, informer sur l'accès moyen à la villa, sur ce qui ne fonctionne pas place le client dans un position d'accepter en toute conscience ou de choisir autre chose. Et évite les mauvaises surprises.
Un représentant de l'agence vient au début du séjour pour proposer des services supplémentaires puis à la fin du séjour pour encaisser les taxes de séjour et les extras. Mais il serait peut être bon de régler le confort des clients (parler avec le gardien pour le nettoyage quotidien de la piscine et pas 1 jour sur 3, réparer ou mettre en marche le brumisateur, completer le jeu de pétanque, s'assurer de la sécurité (1 serpent vert de 1,50 mètres dans le jardin, était-il dangereux ?). |

La maison a besoin d'un coup de fraicheur- surtout les equipement piscine(chaiselongues, bâche). Les prix des transferts pour 8 pers est exorbitant , en sachant que c'est le même vehicule pour 4 ou 8 et cela ne change rien.

DKZ is an absolutely stunning property. In the dining room, the decoration is well thought, all in warm hues, between modernity and family home feeling. The garden lounge is one of the best, very pleasant, perfect on warm evening on the edge of the pool...
